Machining
The company is primarily engaged in forging and stamping. It is involved in one or more of the following activities: manufacturing forgings from purchased metals, manufacturing metal custom roll forming products, manufacturing metal stamped and spun products (except automotive, cans and coins), and manufacturing powder metallurgy products. It may perform surface finishing operations, such as cleaning and deburring, on the products it manufactures. Incorporated in November of 1992, the company has a registered office located in Yuncos, Spain. The manufacturing program of the company is aimed inter alia, the automotive sector, construction, sanitary and electronics. It uses different grades of materials (cold rolled steel, galvanized and electro-plated, high strength and special carbon steels, DOCOL, etc.). The company's different plants in Yuncos (Toledo) are equipped with the latest technologies and best industry professionals to fulfill all requirements in the sector of stamping and machining. It has the best technical facilities at all stages of production, manufacture of tooling, stamping, welding and assembly in order to obtain a high quality product. The plant in Burgos, with a specific manufacturing plan, develops a wide range of products for the automotive and consumer electronics. Personal and technical facilities, on highest level, develop a comprehensive response to the needs demanded. Its customers are Jaguar, ThyssenKrupp Sofedit, Peugeot, Edscha, Volkswagen, Gestamp, Teka, Grupo Antolin, and Faurecia.
